Local views sought on £4million Lancashire 'energy farming' investment

The company behind plans to create a £4million ‘energy farming’ power plant in rural Lancashire is inviting local people to have their say on the project.

£4 million AD plant starts up in Cumbria

A £4M Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant has been switched on in West Cumbria. Farmgen’s plant at Dryholme Farm, near Silloth, started supplying electricity to the national grid on Friday (November 4), marking a major milestone for farm-based AD energy production in the area.
