Hardy Radke
Operations Director
An experienced and renowned biogas specialist, Hardy has held key roles in a number of German-based power companies and has helped pioneer AD in the UK.
Hardy started his professional career in civil engineering in Germany after majoring in Waste Water Treatment, where he learned about Anaerobic Digestion.
He has played a leading role in optimising industrial AD plants and biological process control.
From 2005 he developed and constructed new technologies in Industrial Waste and Waste Water Treatment.
Hardy moved to the UK in 2007 and with his extensive AD experience, he was a UK director of two of the leading German AD technology companies, where he was responsible for the market entry.
During this time he successfully developed and delivered a significant number of the AD plants currently under design, commissioning and operation in the UK.
Kate Stocker
Environment Manager
During her career Kate has worked on environmental projects for a number of blue chip companies including Colgate Palmolive, Scottish and Southern Energy and Diageo.
She has extensive experience in Integrated Pollution Prevention Applications, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental and Sustainability Statements and carbon footprint studies.
Kate, who has a degree in Sustainable Design and Environmental Management from the University of Portsmouth, joined Farmgen from global environmental and energy services consultancy WSP Environmental and Energy. She has also worked as an environmental consultant for Inenco, the UK’s leading energy analyst and consultancy.
Helen Farrell
Finance and Office Manager
Helen has gained wide experience in operations and finance during her career, which has included working for a number of companies with multi-million pound turnovers.
Educated in Blackpool and Preston in Lancashire, her previous roles include Finance Manager for an insurance group.
Helen has also been Accounts Manager for a national insolvency practice and Operations and Finance Manager for a marketing agency. As well as day-to-day management functions her work has included producing annual budgets, managing payrolls, production of management accounts and training.
